The Best Avocado On Toast!
This amazing avocado on toast is a quick and easy meal or snack option for busy teenagers. This recipe is not only healthy, tasty and high in necessary vitamins and minerals, but can be altered to appeal to your taste buds.
Avo on toast is an iconic snack that everyone loves! Through the mix of beautiful, crispy bread, ripe, green avocados and sweet, zingy lemon, it canβt get any better! This recipe has always been one of my favourites which I have looked forward to sharing!

Though this is how I have my toast, this recipe is completely customisable based on your taste! You can add anything youβd like to your toast such as seeds, ham, tomato, cheese, salmon, egg and much more!

The Best Avocado On Toast
Prep: 5 Mins Cook: 1 Min
5 Ingredients | 2 Serves
INGREDIENTS:
2 slices of bread (I recommend sourdough or wholemeal bread)
1 medium avocado (Peeled, seeded and sliced)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
ΒΌ Lemon
Cracked salt and pepper, to garnish
OPTIONAL:
If youβd like, you can also add tahini, flax seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts or sunflower seeds.
Depending on your preferences, you may want to add cheese, egg, tomato or bacon to your toast!
DIRECTIONS:
Toast your bread.
Place half of the avocado slices onto the bread or mash them using a fork.
Garnish the avocado with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and additional desired toppings.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
