Not only does it taste amazing, this chia pudding is full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to help you get your day off to a good start! Did you know that chia seeds are a great source of fibre and healthy fats? 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (1 serving) are also packed with 11g of fibre, 4g of protein and 117mg of calcium! Yum!

What’s also so amazing about this chia pudding is that it is completely customisable to your own taste! Depending on what you feel like, you can add any fruits, nuts, spreads or toppings to jazz things up! My personal favourite toppings are strawberries, blueberries and almonds, but you can do whatever you want!
