My name is Mia Sinosic-Cass and I’m the owner of the blog ‘Mia’s Teen Dream’ as well as the coach for the 2024 ‘Strive For Success’ Coaching Academy.
I’m a high school student from Sydney, Australia who is passionate about helping others build self-confidence, achieve their goals and build the crucial life skills needed for long-term success!
I’m a high-achieving student, private tutor, and public speaker with 7 years of experience, with numerous proven tools, techniques, and strategies for unlocking and utilising your child's unique strengths.
As an individual, I’m ambitious, passionate, hard-working, driven, results-oriented, engaged, diligent, and encouraging.
My overall goal throughout this program is for your child to achieve their goals and bring you peace of mind that they are on the right track to success (no matter their interests or future career path!)
This program is all about community! Your child, alongside a tight-knit group of supportive, like-minded teens will learn a bunch of new life skills that can be applied both to school and real life.
Community
As I’ve said, this program is all about community! Besides learning about new topics for us to work on applying each week, every coaching session will involve discussions and Q&As with each student regarding their current position in school. Not only will we discuss how we’re feeling and progressing, but we will also work together as a support network to motivate and encourage one another. A private facebook group and messenger group chat will also be created in order to hold each other accountable, build relationships and to keep up with how everyone is going with their assignments and schoolwork.
This Is Not Tutoring…
Contrary to what you may be thinking, this program is not tutoring! Tutoring is where students learn about a specific school-based topic. Unlike tutoring; coaching. instead of focusing on the content the students are learning, focuses on altering and improving the way each student takes in and utilises that information, especially for their assignments or exams.
Skills, systems and practices such as time management, goal-setting and discipline are all skills that are needed for success, yet are not taught in school. Every student is different, and so must their approach to effective learning. This is where my program comes in!
Online Coaching
This 10-week coaching program, unlike many others, is entirely virtual, and can be completed from your own home. Both comfortable and convenient, there is no need to be within a certain area in order to sign up, as long as you have an internet connection!
